YOUR INFORMATION
Project inquiries
& privacy.
This page explains how this website handles an inquiry. Updated September 6, 2026.
What you submit
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional company, area of interest, budget range, and project description. It also creates a request identifier and records the submission time. You can select “Still exploring” for budget and “Not sure yet” for the service.
What happens to it
Your inquiry is stored in the website’s database for Cambrian Research, LLC to review and respond to. Inquiry records are not displayed on public pages. A restricted owner inbox supports follow-up notes, status changes and deletion. When email sending is connected, the Resend service processes an alert containing an inquiry reference and a link to the inbox; the full project description remains in the database. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list, charge you, or create a project agreement.
When the submission succeeds, the site displays a reference. A confirmation on the site means the inquiry was saved; it does not mean a reply has already been sent.
Hosting and technical processing
The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure, including a database for inquiries. These providers process information needed to serve the website and store submissions. Hosting systems may also process technical request information for operation and security.
The application records daily totals for page views, service actions and inquiry starts. Earlier versions also counted phone-link clicks. These counters contain no names, messages, email addresses, visitor identifiers or full page URLs, and use no tracking cookies. The application respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for these counters. Hosting providers may separately process technical request information. Inquiry descriptions are not sent to an AI model.
What to leave out
Please do not submit passwords, account credentials, payment details, patient records, or sensitive customer information. Describe the process without identifying individual customers. Any access or sensitive data needed for later work requires a separately agreed approach.
Questions or changes to an inquiry
To ask about your inquiry information or request a correction or deletion, email benjaminkscott@gmail.com. Include your inquiry reference if you have it. Identity may need to be confirmed before changing or disclosing a record.
Deletion is handled by the owner after any necessary identity check. The site does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule or offer a visitor account for inquiry records. Previously sent email alerts cannot be recalled.
Other websites
Portfolio and LinkedIn links may take you to websites with their own privacy practices. This page describes Cambrian’s inquiry form, not those external services or the terms of a future client project.
